- Clark Realty Capital, LLC
- Initiation of Preservation plan for historic resources on the site
- Release of RFP to 3 short-listed firms
- RFP Kickoff meeting held with potential developers
- Section 106 Consulting Parties meeting resume
- RFP responses due to AFRH
- AFRH selects final development partner(s) from RFP finalists
- Meetings with community groups/stakeholders to receive comments on proposed development
- Section 106 Process consultation meetings
- Development of Programmatic Agreement
- Final Environmental Impact Statement is available and 30-day public review period begins
- AFRH issues its Record of Decision.
- AFRH will submit the revised Master Plan to the National Capital Planning Commission.
